CS Executive 2025: How to Register Under the New Syllabus – Step by Step Guide

Step 1: Check Your Eligibility

Before registering, make sure you are eligible:

• Passed CS Foundation or CSEET exam
  
• Minimum age: 17 years

Step 2: Keep Documents Ready

You’ll need scanned copies of the following:

• Passport-size Photograph
  
• Signature
  
• CSEET/CS Foundation mark sheet
  
• Class 10 & 12 mark sheets
  
• Identity Proof (Aadhar, Passport, or Voter ID)
  
• Category Certificate (if applicable)
  
  

All documents must be in JPG or PDF format and under the size limit mentioned on the ICSI portal.

Step 3: Visit ICSI Official Website

• Go to 👉 www.icsi.edu
  
• Click on “Online Services” → “Register for CS Executive”
  
• Login or create a new account with your email ID and mobile number
  

Step 4: Fill in Details Carefully

Enter the following details:

• Personal details (Name, DOB, Address)
  
• Academic details (Class 10, 12, Graduation if any)
  
• CSEET/Foundation details
  
• Upload documents
  
  

Double-check spelling, as your admit card and marksheet will reflect the same details.

Step 5: Pay Registration Fees

The CS Executive 2025 fees under the new syllabus are:

• Registration Fee: ₹2,000
  
• Education Fee: ₹6,500
  
• Pre-Exam Test Fee: ₹1,000
  
• E-learning Fee: ₹500
  
  

Total Fee = ₹10,000 (approx.)

(Concessions are available for SC/ST, physically handicapped, and other eligible categories.)

Step 6: Submit & Download Acknowledgement

• After successful payment, download the Acknowledgement Receipt
  
• Save your 17-digit registration number – this is your unique ID for exams, study material, and online services
  
  

Step 7: Get Your Study Material

ICSI will dispatch the latest new syllabus study material to your registered address.
